Kuwait’s SSH is providing construction supervision services for the Dhofar Beach Resort development in Salalah.

The five-star beachfront resort complex will have 130 rooms, restaurants, food and beverage outlets, leisure and water sports facilities, meeting rooms, business centre, retail outlets, a health club and spa, and a ballroom. The resort also includes 85 apartments and 85 luxury villas. The total built-up area will be about 80,000 square metres.

The project client is the local Taameer Investment.
