Sun Microsystems Inc. has reported a $147m loss, or 20 cents per share, in the three months ending June 30, which is Sun's fiscal fourth quarter, AP has reported. Sun has made a profit of $88m in the year-ago period. Oracle Corp. is set to takeover Sun in a $7.4bn deal,scheduled to be completed after approval from European antitrust regulators.
