The $500m project will be located 18km from Aleppo
The local Akar Development Company has invited contractors to submit bids for phase one of its $500m Cordoba Hills residential development in Syria.
Akar has set a submission date of 6 December for contractors to submit bids for the first major construction package on the project, which is located 18km from Aleppo.
Egypt’s Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) is the supervision consultant for the project and will evaluate the bids for the first phase construction package when they are submitted.
The Cordoba Hills development will cover a total area of 1.3 million square metres.
