The local/Saudi Tameer Holding and the local Dubai Properties, part of Dubai Holding, have announced plans to build office towers in Dubai's Business Bay district.

Tameer plans to build an estimated AED 350 million ($95 million) tower known as Business Bay tower. The 32-storey building will provide office space, a banqueting hall and recreational facilities including a swimming pool and health spa. On the ground floor, there will be a cafeteria complemented by several retail and commercial outlets. The development will also have a mini golf course and a landscaped terrace area. Lebanon's Khatib & Alami is the consultant.

Dubai Properties plans to build a 51-storey office tower called Vision Tower in its Business Bay district. The tower will offer 50,000 square metres of office space and will have a bent-glass facade made of high-tech transparent glazing that will be internally lit to create a luminous beacon. The tower will be connected to a health club, restaurants and other amenities by an exclusive passage.
