The local/Saudi Tameer Holdinghas announced plans to build an estimated AED 50 million ($13.6 million) tower called Al-Shahd in the Emirates Hills area of Dubai. The 17-storey tower will have a build-up area of 15,900 square metres and will offer 168 flats.
