Carl Sheldon to take charge at Abu Dhabi energy company
The Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (Taqa) has appointed Carl Sheldon as chief executive officer of the company.
The executive was previously Taqa’s general manager and will replace Abdulla Saif Al-Nuaimi, who stepped down in July 2011.
Taqa is an energy company majority owned by the Abu Dhabi Government and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
