The local Tebyan Real Estate Development has launched a new tower at Dubai Marina known as Sparkle Towers.

The project is designed by local architect Mimar Emirates Engineering Consultants. It will consist of three towers, comprising 29, 14 and four storeys. The waterfront development includes 288 luxury apartments and retail space, as well as several swimming pools and a fitness club.

Austrian brand Swarovski has signed an agreement to design the interiors of the luxury towers, inspired by Swarovski crystals, including the lobby, a VIP residents lounge and apartments. Swarovski Lighting Business has previously designed for several Gulf rulers.

Tebyan has a track record of major projects in Dubai, including Grand Belle Vue hotel and Clarity Tower in Tecom.

Sparkle Towers is scheduled to be completed in December 2016.
