Dubai’s Department of Economic Development has announced that a Luxembourg-based manufacturer and supplier of seamless and welded steel pipe products to the oil and gas industry is set to move its global headquarters to the emirate. Tenaris has manufacturing facilities in over 15 countries and employs over 22,500 employees. “From Dubai, Tenaris will be better placed to attend the key areas for the development of the oil industry, from Africa to the Caspian Sea, and from the North Sea to China and Japan,” Paolo Rocca, chairman and CEO of Tenaris said.
