The Eastern Mangrove project will involve the construction of a 223-room, five-star hotel with conference facilities, shops and 129 apartments.

The contracting joint venture established by TDIC and Australia's Gulf Leighton was expected to build the hotel. It will finish the enabling works.

UK-based Turner & Townsend is the project manager (MEED 4:12:08).
