A tender has been issued for design consultancy services on the Jabal al-Akhdar hotel project in Oman.
The hotel, located in the east of the sultanate 170 kilometres from Muscat, will incorporate 90 suites, 22 three-bedroom villas, five spa suites and a health club.
The client is Oman Tourism & Development Company (Omran). The closing date for bids is 28 July.
In January, Omran awarded three contracts for its Fort Hotel development near Muscat (MEED 29:01:08).
