Tenders for a new mixed-use residential project in Al-Khobar on Saudi Arabia’s east coast are expected to be issued in three months' time.
Work is currently being carried out on the concept design for the project. This is due to be completed in December.
Under the working title of ‘The Seafront Project’, the development comprises three main components, including a residential area, a sports complex and a marina.
The Seafront Company is the client and Bahrain-based Projacs is the project manager.
