Tenders issued for Silverene at Dubai Marina

09 January 2008
Saudi-based Cayan Investment and Development has invited companies to bid by 25 February to build its Silverene towers project at Dubai Marina.

The estimated AED800m ($218m) contract involves the construction of two residential towers, one with 44 storeys, the other with 38. They will share a common four-storey retail podium.

The project is due to be completed by mid-2010.

UK-based RMJM is the consultant. Cayan has four other developments at Dubai Marina.
