The objective of the technical assistance is to review and evaluate the following literacy and adult education strategy, and develop strategic directions for literacy: 1) capacity building of the girls' education sector; 2) assessment of community participation activities, girls' education sector; 3) leading reform and restructuring, modernisation task force; 4) technical assistance for literacy and adult education organisation; and 5) evaluation of the literacy and adult education strategy, literacy and adult education organisation.
