Three international engineering, procurement and construction contractors priced the lump-sum deal, which covers the construction of a 37,000-barrel-a-day (b/d) hydrocracker and a 42,000-b/d sulphur hydrocracker unit, and the revamping of the existing gas oil hydrotreater.They are Spain's TR, GS Engineering & Construction and SK Engineering & Construction, both of South Korea.
