Tiger Properties launches tower project on Dubai Waterfront

The UAE-based real estate developer Tiger Properties is to launch two new towers on the Dubai Waterfront development.

Both buildings will be located within the Madinat al-Arab portion of the waterfront development.

Dubai Waterfront is being developed by Nakheel. The Madinat al-Arab involves a built-up area of 12.3 million sq metres. It will also have a permanent population of 80,000 (MEED 4:3:08).

One of the towers will be 170 metres high and the other will be 185 metres tall. Combined, the total built-up area will be 121,500 square metres. The two buildings will also be joined by 3,000 square metres of retail space.

When complete, Dubai Waterfront will be twice the size of Hong Kong, covering 16 square kilometres.
