The local Kizilkanat has submitted a low bid of $59.1 million for the construction of buildings for the planned Istanbul World Trade Centre near the city's Ataturk International Airport. The client is EGS Real Estate Development & Management.
The lowest five of 23 local bidders were:
Kizilkanat - $59.1 million
EMT - $60.3 million
Age with Akturk - $69.3 million
Ari - $69.9 million
Akfen - $70.6 million
The project calls for the construction of three 19-storey blocks of offices and show-rooms, and three three-storey, multi-purpose extension blocks.
