Description: Etihad Towers arose from the vision of Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed al-Nahyan to create a unique, luxurious destination for residents, professionals and visitors to the UAE. The mixed-use development, which covers a total area of half a million square metres and is located on the beachfront of the Al-Ras Akhdar district of Abu Dhabi, consists of five towers: three residential towers, one office tower and Abu Dhabi’s first Jumeirah hotel - Jumeirah at Etihad Towers.

The residential towers comprise about 880 apartments with up to five bedrooms each, as well as penthouse suites. Etihad Towers’ state-of-the-art office tower was built to international standards and has created a new commercial centre for Abu Dhabi. The development includes a retail area, making it the first standalone destination for luxury shopping in the UAE capital.
