The Global Information Technology Report 2008-2009 has ranked the UAE this year in 27th place, two places higher from last year. The rankings were delivered by the World Economic Forum and Insead Business School covering 134 countries in its ninth year of publication. The UAE tops the rank among Middle East and North African countries.
