UAE requires HIV, TB tests on entry

UAE health authorities have started enforcing a cabinet resolution that makes it mandatory for expatriates coming to the UAE for work or residency to undergo medical check ups, Khaleej Times has reported. The required tests include HIV, Hepatitis (B), Tuberculosis, Leprosy, Syphilis, and a pregnancy test for maids, nannies and female drivers.
