The UAE and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) related to developing and understanding Middle East and North African countries’ international tax agreements for the years 2010 to 2012. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the 15th annual conference of the OECD that was held in Paris on Thursday and Friday.
