A new report has forecast that the UAE will spend $3.3bn on IT and communications for various developmental projects, including schools and hospitals, by 2011. The report was prepared by the database firm Proleads which is preparing to discuss the results of its report at Middle East Communications exhibition and conference which will be held in Abu Dhabi on May 25-27.
