Mohammed Qasim Al Ali, CEO of UAE-based National Bonds Corp, has announced plans to launch a finance firm that will cater to the needs of individuals and corporates, Emirates Business has reported. NBC is open to rope in strategic external shareholders from the region for the new finance company venture, he said. "It will also depend on the appetite of the outside shareholder, if any, who will join the venture. However, NBC will seek to retain the controlling stake in the company which we strongly believe will have ample potential to grow in today's market," he told the daily.
