Six consultancies participated in the tender
Kuwaits Public Works Ministry has selected the UK-based Mott MacDonald for the study, design and supervision contract of the 4th Ring Road improvement, construction and maintenance project.
Mott MacDonald offered KD17.8m ($58.3m) for the contract. Its local partner for the project is the Al-Dowailah Engineering Consultancy.
