Union National Bank has reported a 28 per cent rise in third-quarter profit
Union National Bank has reported a 28 per cent rise in third-quarter profit on higher lending income, Bloomberg has reported. Net income advanced to AED459.6m ($125m) from AED358m a year earlier. The lender’s net interest income and income from Islamic financing climbed 27 per cent in the quarter to AED513.4m, while fee and commission income rose 24 per cent to AED141.2m.
