Kuwait's Wataniya Airways has received its Air Operators Certificate from the Directorate General of Aviation in Kuwait, allowing the airline to undertake commercial flying operations. Wataniya Airways is set to commence services by January 2009, with a fleet of two Airbus A320 aircraft.
