Projects spending in MEEDs Top 100 Construction Index grew during 2013 and with economies around the region improving, this is expected to continue. This webinar examined projects market trends in the Middle East and forecasts which countries and sectors will grow in 2014.
The Middle Easts 100 biggest schemes under construction accounts for $276bn of spending, with transport the success sector of 2013. As more major project plans in the Middle East move forwards, MEED expects a significant number of schemes to move into the construction phase through the year, pushing the index above $300bn.
