Abu Dhabi airport closed for repairs

Abu Dhabi International Airport is closing for 12 hours today between 2.15am to 2.15pm due to maintenance work on the runway. A team has been assigned to re-asphalt a minor crack found on the side of the runway. A total of 90 flights will either be rescheduled or cancelled, according to Gulf News, and 80% of the affected passenger shave been contacted directly through travel agents, phone or SMS.
