Abu Dhabi awards Mafraq sewerage deal to Concorde-Corodex

Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC) has awarded a contract to the local Concorde-Corodex Group to design, fabricate, construct and commission a sewerage treatment plant for a labour camp in the Mafraq area of Abu Dhabi.

The plant will use membrane reactor (MBR) technology and will have capacity of 30,000 cubic metres a day and will treat the wastewater produced by up to 32,000 people.

The treated water will be re-used to serve the needs of machinery and cooling facilities within the camp.
