Contract awards for a number of Dubai projects
Abu Dhabi developer Bloom Properties has awarded a number of contracts for various projects across Dubai, according to a company statement.
The developer awarded the main construction contract for its Stella Maris project to the local General Construction Company, which will build the the 52-storey waterfront tower made up of 313 luxury residential units in the Dubai Marina area by 2019.
The Dubai-based Becon Construction was appointed for the Bloom Heights project, a mixed-use development in Dubais Jumeriah Village Circle (JVC) area made up of two high-rise towers.
Local firm Emirates Link Maltauro was appointed as the main contractor for its Faya scheme, which is the fourth phase of the Bloom Gardens master planned community. The Faya phase of the project will comprise 132 townhouses, the company statement said.
Emirates Link Maltauro is also working on the developers Soho Gardens project. Once complete, Soho Gardens will be made up of 302 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and a penthouse. The development will also have commercial and retail facilities as well as restaurants, a swimming pool and a fitness centre.
Emirates Airolink is also set to build Bloom Educations 89,000 square metre Brighton College UK and Dwight School New York schools in the Al-Barsha South area of Dubai.
