Local developer Abu Dhabi Marina has invited selected contractors to express interest in the contract to build the Abu Dhabi Marina Bloom development.

The scheme involves building a five-star hotel, serviced apartment building and two residential blocks. The buildings will have one basement level, a ground floor, a mezzanine, and five other floors. The total built-up area will be 135,842 square metres.
