Abu Dhabi Airports Co (Adac) has said that it will install the latest generation Air Traffic Control systems from French group Thales, as part of $6.8bn development project to modernise facilities at the capital's International Airport. The new system will enable controllers to share data on aircraft positions and to operate seamless handovers between territories, Adac said.
