US-based firm will acquire UK consultancy firm for $324m
US-based engineering and design firm Aecom has agreed to acquire the UK’s project management consultancy firm Davis Langdon in a deal worth $324m
“Davis Langdon’s strong cost and project management capabilities bolster our growing portfolio of construction management services,” said John Dionisio, president and chief executive officer, Aecom.
“Davis Langdon’s presence in growth markets positions us well to offer a comprehensive and global program management solution to our clients,” added Dionisio.
Davis Langdon has worked on a number of large projects throughout the world. They include the Tate Modern and Eden project in the UK, Estadio do Drago in Portugal and the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
