Overview
Aldar Properties’ Al-Falah Development is a community of 2,550 villas being built over an area of 12,575,684 square metres in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to the east of Abu Dhabi International airport.
The project, aimed at UAE nationals, comprises five villages, each with its own school and mosques. The town centre will be the focal point of the development; it will contain civic buildings, a retail mall, a hospital, commercial office space, a hotel and a sports and leisure complex.
In 2010, infrastructure work was awarded to three local companies, covering roads, water networks, sewer networks, a medium and low voltage power network and fibre optic communication cable. Hilal Bil Badi & Partners was awarded the contract for village one, Ghantoot Transport & General Contracting Establishment got villages two and three, and Al-Jaber Group villages four and five.
This package covers the construction of 2,550 villas and their associated facilities.
