
Al-Shafar to build a hotel, serviced apartment building, and two residential blocks
Dubai-based Al-Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) has won a construction contract from local Bloom Properties for the Abu Dhabi Marina Project.
The mixed-use scheme, which occupies an area of 41,797 square metres and a built up area of 149,719 square metres, will feature a five-star hotel, serviced apartment building, and two residential blocks.
Altogether, the scheme will offer 225 residential apartments, 200 hotel rooms, and 57 serviced apartments.
Lebanons Khatib & Alami is the consultant on the project.
