17 November 2007

Algerie Telecom is to create 48 call centres across the country by 2008.

The call centres are part of a three-year strategy which the company is implementing in partnership with Vorax Technologies.
The centres will provide 1,500 new job opportunities by 2008. By 2010, Algerie Telecom says they should have created 4,000 new jobs.
Three call centres are already in operation, in Algiers, Oran and Constantine.
