The $370m project, to be called Central Market Place will comprise a low-rise development and entertainment complex and a high-rise residential tower. It is designed as an indoor/outdoor mixed-use development covering 32,000 square metres with a built-up area of 300,000 square metres.

It will be located within the $3bn Abdali New Downtown project that is currently under construction. The 1.7 million square metre project will consist of residential apartments, office space, commercial and retail outlets (MEED 22:12:06).
