Dubai-based Arabtec Construction has been awarded the AED550m ($150m) contract to build 12 five story residential buildings at the Mudon development in Dubailand.
The contractor has already begun preparing the project site, which is located behind the Polo Club on Al-Qudra road, in order to ensure that the work is completed within the 24-month programme.
Arabtec has worked for Dubai Properties before on the Jumeirah Beach Residences projects and is one of the potential bidders for the Signature Towers project at Business Bay (MEED 23:4:08).
