UAE-based oil field services company wins three awards worth $160m
The UAE’s Topaz Energy and Marine has recently been awarded contracts totalling about $160m.
Saudi Aramco awarded the company a three-year contract for a supply vessel from its joint venture with Turkey’s Gentas Group.
“The fast growing Saudi Arabian market is an exciting area for the company,” says Roy Donaldson, chief operating officer of Topaz Marine.
Other contracts include the supply of a high-speed aluminium catamaran crew boat to the UAE’s RAK Petroleum Oman, as well as a cable laying vessel to Switzerland’s ABB for laying high voltage cables.
