
Company says its oil and gas operations did not get affected due to the incident
Saudi Aramco, the state-run oil and gas giant in the kingdom, said has put out a fire at its oil terminal facility in Ras Tanura which resulted in injuries to eight individuals,
Two of the injured were Aramco employees while the remaining were contractors at the site, the company said in a statement posted on its website.
The incident did not affect Aramcos oil and has operations. Aramco is investigating the cause and will release further information as it becomes available, according to the statement.
