Bahrain has blamed Iran for a fire that broke out at an oil pipeline on 10 November.
Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah al-Khalifa, the Minister of Interior said that the blast is the latest example of a terrorist act carried out by people in direct contact with, and under instructions from, Iran.
On 11 November, Manama said that a civil defence team, and Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO)'s security and safety team, had successfully extinguished the fire. The director general Civil Defence, Brigadier Abdulaziz Rashid al-Ammer said 21 vehicles and 78 personnel were sent to control the fire.
After the fire was extinguished oil supplies from Saudi Arabia to Bahrain resumed. Bahrain said normal flows would be restored soon.
