The Bahrain Stock Exchange's lead index added 1.27 points, closing at 1,460.71. Shares of Al Baraka Banking Group, the oldest Bahraini Islamic Bank (founded in 1978), stabilised, gaining 1.37% to close at $1.48. National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) lost 1.61%, closing at BD0.61.
