Bank of Sharjah has finalised the sale of a 30 per cent equity stake in Emirates Lebanon Bank
Bank of Sharjah has finalised the sale of a 30 per cent equity stake in Emirates Lebanon Bank, or ELBank, to EL Capital FZC, Khaleej Times has reported. The bank said that the capital structure of ELBank was 51 per cent owned by Bank of Sharjah, 30 per cent EL Capital and 19 per cent BNPI France.
