Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Holding has awarded a construction contract to a joint venture of the local Tharwaa and Al-Mansouri 3B.

The deal is for the main construction work on the firm’s Park View mixed-use development on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.

The company statement also confirmed that enabling works is approaching completion, with the final delivery of the scheme expected in the final quarter of 2017.

Park View was launched during Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015. The project is located in the proximity of the New York University Abu Dhabi campus and other major upcoming tourist attractions.

The residential building will include a total of 234 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments while the 188-key hotel apartment building will feature studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The development will also comprise a range of commercial and leisure facilities including retail outlets, restaurants and a fitness centre
