The mid-market Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh Olaya is located in the heart of the kingdom’s capital and will open in the first quarter of 2014. The upscale Radisson Blu Resort Jizan, which is Carlson Rezidor’s first project in Jizan, is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2015.

The company also announced two other Radisson Blu properties, which will be owned by the local Al-Fahd Group. The Radisson Blu Resort Al-Khobar Aziziya, with 186 rooms, will open in the fourth quarter of 2015, followed by the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence Unaizah, with 180 rooms, in the second quarter of 2016.

Carlson Rezidor’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia now comprises 16 hotels in operation and under development.
