According to local media reports, the project comprises two high-rise towers spanning about 110,000 square metres in northern Riyadh.
The mixed-use project will comprise hotels, apartments, offices, retail and other associated facilities.
The project will be located at the intersection of the Northern Ring Road and Al-Olaya Street, adjacent to the King Abdullah Financial District.

According to UK-based analytics firm GlobalData, the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is expected to grow by 5.4% from 2026 to 2029, supported by investments in housing, energy, and transport infrastructure, as well as preparations for the Fifa World Cup 2034, which will be held in Riyadh.
The growth will also be supported by the government’s focus on boosting the tourism sector, along with investments in industrial, housing and sports infrastructure projects.
