Cairo healthcare project is valued at $200m

Lebanon’s Arabian Construction Company (ACC) has been appointed to carry out work on a children’s hospital in Egypt.

A company statement said that ACC was awarded the contract for the first phase of the $200m expansion project of the Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357 in Cairo.

ACC was awarded the initial contract to build the hospital in 2006.

ACC was also recently awarded the estimated AED800m ($218m) contract to build the Boulevard Point tower in its Downtown district in Dubai.

The tower will be built next to Emaar’s under-construction Address Residence Fountain Views development. According to Emaar, the Boulevard Point project involves building a 63-storey residential tower with 297 one-, two-, and three-bedrooms apartments overlooking Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard.
