

The local Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Company (Efeco) has been awarded the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works for the Creek Horizon Plot 19 project at Dubai Creek Harbour.
The 20-month contract was awarded by local/UK Al-Futtaim Carillion, which is the main contractor on the project. The development has a total built-up area of about 130,000 square metres with some 550 apartments.
The project is being built next to the Creekside 18, which Efeco is also working on for the local Al-Naboodah Contracting Company.
The developer for the Creek Horizon Plot 19 and Creekside 18 is local developer Emaar Properties.
Efeco is a subsidiary of Dubai-listed Arabtec Holding.
