Selected contractors have been invited to express interest in a contract to build a hotel in Fujairah.
The project involves the construction of 290-room, five-star hotel on the east coast of the UAE, along the Gulf of Oman.
The hotel’s facilities will include a spa, a restaurant, a swimming pool and other amenities. The total built-up area is 55,000 square metres.
US-based Morganti is the project manager. The local Seba Properties is the client.
