University of Dubai roject involves the construction of three faculty buildings
Contractors have been invited to express interest in a contract to build a new campus for the University of Dubai.
The campus will be built on a 273,000-square-metre site in the Academic City area along Emirates Road (formerly the Dubai Bypass Road).
The project involves build three faculty buildings together with infrastructure, parking and landscaping. The total built-up area is 21,200 sq m.
Construction is expected to start in early 2014.
Australias Confluence is the project manager. The client is Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
