Twenty-nine story tower will overlook new canal
Dubai developer Damac Properties has launched the new Merano Tower at the Cityscape exhibition.
The Italian-style tower will have 26 residential floors and three podium levels.
It is located in Business Bay, overlooking the 2.8 kilometre-long Dubai Canal, currently under construction. The canal is reported to be 50 per cent complete.
The new mixed use canal area will feature a new shopping centre, hotels, and restaurants, in addition to luxury housing and cycling paths. It will also include public places and facilities, as well as private marinas for boats and a new trade centre at the canals entrance.
Damacs current projects include a 56-storey residential tower in Dubai Media City and the 42 million square-foot Akoya development.
